POLICIES

Privacy Policy: We not sell or distribute any customer information that is provided to us.  We only use customer information to contact you regarding your order or business with us.  We may send promotional/sales notices to the email address provided.  You can opt out of any marketing emails by using the link in the email or requesting to opt out by emailing us using the email provided on our contact page.  

Delivery Policy: For NFA related items, we will ship within 10 business days of receiving dealer license/sot.  For Non-NFA related items, we will ship within 5 business days of receiving order.

Refund Policy: For NFA related items, we will refund 100% of the purchase price if the request for a refund is submitted prior to NFA paperwork submissions.  If the request for refund is submitted after transfer paperwork is filed with the NFA branch, we will refund 100% of the purchase price minus a $50 fee for processing a request to terminate the NFA transfer.  We will not process any refund requests other than for issues with workmanship after product has shipped.

For Non-NFA items, we will refund 100% of the purchase price as long as the product is returned to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days.
