For NFA related items, we will refund 100% of the purchase price if the request for a refund is submitted prior to NFA paperwork submissions. If the request for refund is submitted after transfer paperwork is filed with the NFA branch, we will refund 100% of the purchase price minus a $50 fee for processing a request to terminate the NFA transfer. We will not process any refund requests other than for issues with workmanship after product has shipped.

For Non-NFA items, we will refund 100% of the purchase price as long as the product is returned to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days.
